Learning and Behaviour Specialist

We are seeking a qualified Teacher to join our team at a Pupil Referral Unit in Christchurch, Dorset.
The successful candidate will provide inclusion and intervention for students with complex needs, requiring effective management of changing priorities and challenging behaviour. Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering high-quality teaching and learning to students with varying abilities and needs
- Differentiating lesson plans and schemes of learning to cater to individual requirements
- Raising the quality of teaching and learning, promoting a positive learning culture
- Adapting a range of teaching, learning, and behaviour management strategies
This is a full-time role starting in September 2024. The ideal candidate will have:
- QTS qualification
- Middle/upper school experience
- A flexible approach to managing changing priorities and challenging behaviour

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 per annum.
The location of this role is in Christchurch, Dorset.
