Job Title: Lead Wayfinding Designer

We are seeking an experienced Lead Wayfinding Designer to join our team at Calibrate Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our design practice, you will be responsible for leading the wayfinding design process, managing a team of designers, and delivering high-quality designs that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement wayfinding strategies for various projects
  • Manage and mentor a team of designers to ensure successful project delivery
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Design and deliver wayfinding solutions that are visually appealing and functional
  • Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and provide design solutions
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in wayfinding design, with a strong portfolio of work
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong understanding of design principles and best practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
