Finance Manager Opportunity at Arlington Resource Management

Arlington Resource Management, a leading owner-managed property investment and management firm in NW London, seeks an experienced Finance Manager to join its team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day accounts on MRI Qube, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Oversee tenant accounts receivable, collection of arrears, and service charge accounting.
  • Reconcile loan transactions, interest, and intercompany transfers, as well as manage accounts payable with supplier reconciliations.
  • Prepare quarterly reports for investors and liaise with external accountants for year-end.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in property management and finance, ideally with MRI Qube knowledge.
  • Strong accounting and financial management skills, with attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with the CEO and Property Manager.
