Finance Manager - Part-time Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing our financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to our senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts, ensuring alignment with project schedules and invoicing timelines
  • Conduct weekly cash flow and financial forecasting meetings with senior leadership to assess revenue projections, expense management, and future financial strategies
  • Assist in setting quarterly and annual budgets, ensuring targets are aligned with organisational goals and financial realities
  • Implement and communicate new revenue recognition and forecasting processes to better assess and track company performance
  • Analyse financial performance and provide insights that help senior leadership and project leads identify margin risk or overspend
  • Manage ledger work, payment runs, cash collection, banks recs & payroll
  • Track project costs and collaborate with producers and project managers to ensure accurate data is available for project reconciliation
  • Liaise with external accountants for tax returns, audits purposes
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to prepare business intelligence reports and financial analyses that guide decision-making, new hires, investments and other strategic initiatives.
