**Part-time Financial Manager | Kensington Independent Preparatory School**

Do you hold extensive knowledge of school finance along with a sharp eye for detail, making you a valuable addition to our finance team as a Part-time Financial Manager

If so, we are actively searching for a dynamic, energetic, and seasoned Part-time Financial Manager to join our team at our independent preparatory school.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Implement financial control procedures to ensure optimal value is obtained on the school's behalf.
  • Ensure effective execution of all aspects of Human Resources management are carried out to a high standard.
  • Support the school office function and build your professional profile.
  • **Salary:** £35k-45k
  • **Must have Enhanced DBS.**

Working as a Part-time Financial Manager is essential to the school's everyday operations and offers a dedicated and driven administrator numerous chances for professional advancement.

**Requirements:**

  • A finance qualification or experience in finance.
  • Successful finance experience in a school or in a relevant field outside education.
  • Experience of HR and payroll.
  • Knowledge and skill in using IT packages.
  • Commitment to promoting the ethos and values of the school and getting the best outcomes for all pupils.
  • Commitment to acting with integrity, honesty, loyalty, and fairness to safeguard the assets, financial probity, and reputation of the school.
  • Experience working in a school is required.
