Guillaume Masson, a leading eCommerce Tech business, is seeking a CRM and Data Executive to join their growing Digital function. This role will be based in London or Birmingham and offers a salary of £40,000 - £50,000.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the Senior CRM Manager to deliver strategic projects and manage 3rd party relationships.
  2. Support the CRM strategy aligned with the company's objectives and customer-centric approach, including analyzing customer data to build out segmentation and lifecycle strategy.
  3. Be the subject matter expert on the ideal customer experience, leveraging data to inform opportunities for personalization and conversion optimization.
  4. Support the wider CRM team in delivering their projects.
  5. Execute a testing plan across trading, brand, and automated email flows to optimize performance.
Requirements
  1. Experience in a CRM/Email role with a track record of executing multi-channel campaigns, ideally with app experience.
  2. Proven experience in CRM in a digital-first or tech environment.
  3. Strong skills in HTML and CSS.
