Health and Safety Manager
We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Manager to join our team on a prestigious project in the North of Scotland. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment throughout the project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of health and safety policies, procedures, and management systems
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify hazards and assess risks
- Provide expert advice on health and safety matters, including safe equipment use and emergency procedures
- Oversee and deliver health and safety training and induction programmes
- Monitor and report on health and safety performance
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in occupational health and safety, environmental management, or a related field
- NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification in occupational health and safety
- Proven experience in a health and safety management role within civil engineering, particularly on large-scale infrastructure projects
