Complaints Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Complaints Administrator to join our Living Space Responsive Maintenance team at Wates. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the full administration process and provide ongoing customer support.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and develop multiple project trackers to ensure accurate job status
- Collaborate with site management to maintain up-to-date project information
- Provide first-line support for inquiries and complaints
- Perform various administrative duties as required by the contract
- Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in Excel and trackers
- Experience in construction, social housing, or maintenance is preferred but not essential
