  • Liaising with customers across various networks to ensure timely payment of invoices and manage any arrears in line with company policy.
  • Working with third-party agents to pursue vehicle repossessions and recover aged debts, minimizing potential write-offs.
  • Maintaining accurate records, update systems, and manage your workload efficiently to meet strict deadlines.
  • Working closely with Customer Service and Support Teams to ensure seamless account management and participate in regular review meetings with third-party agents.
  • Ensuring all actions comply with relevant legislation, including FCA regulations, the Data Protection Act, and the Consumer Credit Act.

Responsibilities:

  • Collections Process Management: Liaise with customers to ensure timely payment of invoices and manage any arrears.
  • Third-Party Agent Collaboration: Work with third-party agents to pursue vehicle repossessions and recover aged debts.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and update systems to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Service and Support Teams for seamless account management.
  • Compliance: Ensure all actions comply with relevant legislation.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity to join our Consumer Finance team as a Recoveries Management Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing collections processes, working with third-party agents, and maintaining accurate records.
