Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Support recruitment specialist to lead our Permanent West End Division as a Billing Manager. The successful candidate will inherit a highly successful desk producing billings of £170,000+ and will be responsible for leading a team of 2 consultants.

About the Role
  • Leading a team of 2 consultants within the Permanent West End Division
  • Developing an existing successful Permanent desk with potential for growth
  • Hiring, mentoring, and training future Recruitment Consultants and Senior Recruitment Consultants
  • Participating in senior management meetings and contributing to the development of the business
  • Building on and expanding existing client relationships and developing new business opportunities
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team of consultants
  • Mentor and train junior consultants to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the Permanent desk and increase billings
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Contribute to the development of the business through participation in senior management meetings and strategic planning
Requirements
  • Experience in Business Support recruitment, preferably in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and developing business
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions
  • Highly motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for delivering exceptional results
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £70-95,000 plus OTE benefits, including flexible working arrangements, no threshold commission on a sliding scale, annual ski trip, high performers club, and social events. Based in London, this opportunity offers a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a privately owned boutique firm.
