Leadership Role: Deputy Care Home Manager

Jupiter Recruitment has a vacancy for a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Care Home Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in health and social care and be committed to providing exceptional support to individuals with autism and challenging behaviors.

As Deputy Manager, key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with the Registered Manager to oversee a team of staff.
  • Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations.
  • Providing high-quality care to residents and maintaining the highest standards of service.

Required qualifications and skills include:

  • NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
  • An understanding of person-centered, needs-led, and outcome-based services.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.

Salary: £29,328 per annum (£14.10 per hour). Benefits include:
