To be considered for this position, applicants must possess a strong academic background in Applied Behaviour Analysis, Autism Studies or related fields, preferably holding a qualification such as MSc or MA. Additionally, they should be qualified or willing to work towards PROACT-SCIPr-UK Instructor certification.

As a key member of the support team, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating closely with individuals, colleagues and stakeholders to develop and implement tailored Positive Behaviour Support plans
  • Working in an environment where they can significantly impact the lives of the people supported, enhancing both short-term and long-term outcomes
  • Delivering support that enables individuals to achieve meaningful quality of life improvements

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Strong person-centred beliefs and values, coupled with excellent communication skills
  • An ability to work effectively within a team, exercising leadership and influencing others positively
  • In-depth knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support principles and Applied Behaviour Analysis
  • Superb record-keeping and written skills, including report writing
