Job Summary:
The successful candidate will have experience working with children and young people with special educational needs. You will be responsible for supporting the educational and emotional needs of students, collaborating with teachers and other professionals to develop tailored strategies for student success, and engaging with families to promote student development.

Responsibilities:
* Provide individualized support to students with autism and associated challenges.
* Assist in the development and implementation of IEPs.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
* Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to create tailored strategies for student success.
* Engage with families to support student development and encourage their involvement in the school community.
* Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to support their ongoing development.

Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
