Your Role
As a Disability Services Assistant, you'll be an integral part of our team, working closely with service users, families, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality care and support. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting service users with daily living tasks and social activities
- Developing and implementing personalized care plans
- Communicating effectively with service users, families, and other stakeholders
- Working collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of NVQ Level 2 or equivalent experience in a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
- A passion for supporting individuals with learning disabilities and autism
