Your Role

As a Disability Services Assistant, you'll be an integral part of our team, working closely with service users, families, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality care and support. Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting service users with daily living tasks and social activities
• Developing and implementing personalized care plans
• Communicating effectively with service users, families, and other stakeholders
• Working collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of NVQ Level 2 or equivalent experience in a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
• A passion for supporting individuals with learning disabilities and autism
