We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic team at Prima Ardelle Associates. As a key member of our property sales and lettings team, you will be responsible for arranging viewings, communicating with landlords and tenants, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange and conduct viewings to showcase properties to potential clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants through effective communication and negotiation
- Conduct self-generated valuations to ensure accurate pricing and maximize sales potential
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive and target-driven approach
- Agree lets and ensure smooth transaction processes
- Utilize IT systems to manage client interactions and property listings
Requirements:
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Full UK driving license and ability to travel to viewings
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service
