Lettings Negotiator

Regal, a leading estate agency in the Medway, Maidstone, and Swale areas, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our residential lettings team, you will play a crucial role in generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating agreements, and progressing lets through to exchange and completion.

- Generate and book valuations
- Conduct property viewings
- Negotiate agreements
- Progress lets through to exchange and completion
- Preferably an experienced sales person
- Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
- Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
- Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
- A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
