Lettings Negotiator

We are seeking a skilled Lettings Negotiator to join our team at Prima Ardelle Associates. As a key member of our property sales team, you will be responsible for arranging viewings, communicating with landlords and tenants, and generating self-valuations.
Key Responsibilities:- Arrange and conduct viewings to showcase properties to potential tenants
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants through effective communication
- Conduct self-valuations to determine optimal rental prices
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive and target-driven approach
- Agree lets and ensure smooth transaction processes
- Utilize IT systems to manage property listings and client interactions
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Full UK driving license and ability to travel
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Professional, positive, and ambitious attitude with a desire to succeed and progress in your career
