About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Communications Senior Manager to join our team at Shelter Scotland. As a key member of our Scottish Empty Homes Partnership, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing a Marketing Communications plan to help deliver our vital initiative.

Working closely with our wider team, you will be responsible for creating engaging content, responding to media requests, and ensuring our website is up-to-date. Your expertise in marketing and communications will be pivotal in helping us achieve our objectives and deliver our Housing to 2040 strategy.

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about using their experience in communications and marketing to help tackle the housing emergency. You will have a proven track record of working with the media in Scotland and providing a range of content across various platforms and to different audiences.

You will be confident in employing your skills to help the wider team deliver its objectives and keen to develop your skills with planning and working with data. Respecting diversity is a priority for us, and we welcome applications from candidates who share our values.
