Group Reporting Manager

High Finance (UK) Limited T/A HFG is seeking a highly skilled Group Reporting Manager to oversee the monthly financial statement close process for multiple entities across different jurisdictions and currencies.
The successful candidate will lead and close the consolidated month-end close process for entities based in the UK, EU, and North America in a timely manner. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts
- On-boarding and integrating newly acquired businesses into the Group while aligning them to Group standards
- Assisting with treasury and cash management
- Supporting the Group FD in the production of the monthly group financial packs
- Assisting with the year-end audit process
- Analysis of intercompany balances, including loans and trading balances
- Managing a team of relevant staff and contributing to their learning
The ideal candidate will have experience working on month-end close procedures, strong knowledge in finance reporting within the insurance industry, and be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA). A confident communicator with good knowledge of Excel is essential for this role.
