**Job Summary**

High Finance (UK) Limited T/A HFG is seeking a seasoned Financial Professional to lead the financial reporting and analysis function. As a Group Reporting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the monthly financial statement close process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of financial information to stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead the consolidated month-end close process for entities based in the UK, EU, and North America, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and Group standards.

* Develop and maintain weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts, providing insights to inform business decisions.

* Onboard and integrate newly acquired businesses into the Group, aligning them with Group financial standards and processes.

* Collaborate with the Group FD to produce high-quality financial packs, supporting business growth and strategic decision-making.

* Assist with the year-end audit process, ensuring seamless execution and compliance.

* Analyze intercompany balances, including loans and trading balances, to identify areas for improvement.

* Manage a team of financial professionals, providing guidance and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.

**Requirements**

* Proven experience in financial reporting and analysis, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and standards.

* Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Proficient in Excel and other financial software, with the ability to analyze complex data and present findings effectively.
