Group Reporting Manager

JasperRose is seeking a highly skilled Group Reporting Manager to join our finance team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading the production of our annual consolidated statutory group financial statements under IFRS.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of 2 direct reports and provide guidance on group reporting and management accounts.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve financial reporting and management accounting.
  • Work closely with the Head of Group Finance to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with international teams to ensure compliance with IFRS and other regulatory requirements.
  • Lead projects to improve financial systems and controls, including IFRS16 and ESG reporting.
Requirements:
  • ACA/CA Qualified Accountant (top 20) with 3+ years PQE experience in industry in a group finance role.
  • Proven experience working for a large multinational with international entities and consolidation experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence the wider finance team and senior management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
