**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Transformation Specialist to join our team at Thales UK. As a Digital Transformation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving business outcomes by analyzing and optimizing business processes, exploiting digital tools, and identifying opportunities within the business and functions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in business analysis, business operations, or project management, as well as basic understanding of business processes, data management, or IT systems. Additionally, the candidate should have 5 GCSEs grade 9-4 (A-C) including English and Maths, plus a Level 3 qualification to demonstrate the ability to learn at this level.

This is an 18-month programme aligned to the Level 4 Business Analyst Apprenticeship standard. Delivered in partnership with our specialist provider partner Digital Native, this programme will be delivered via a blended model - including live virtual sessions, online learning, and a quarterly face-to-face Hackathon. The programme will conclude with an End Point Assessment, followed by roll-off into your permanent role within the Thales UK business.

As a Digital Transformation Specialist, you will:

  • Research market and business trends to assist in decision-making processes.
  • Analyze business requirements from stakeholders and assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing data.
  • Support stakeholder engagement by working with stakeholders across the business to identify needs, pain points, and business challenges.
  • Test and quality assure solutions by defining test cases, validating changes, and ensuring solutions meet business needs.

Salary: £25,000 per annum.
