Support Assistant

This is an exciting opportunity to join our close-knit team as a Care Assistant. Our care assistants are the extraordinary people who do the everyday things that mean so much to our clients. Supporting them to live safer and supported lives in their own homes, you will follow individual care plans and assist with personal care, helping clients to bathe, dress, manage incontinence, use the toilet and support them with their medication. You will also help with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes and housework.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to be compassionate, caring and able to work independently. You will also need to be willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team. While previous social care experience is not necessary, we are looking for individuals who can demonstrate a strong ability to care for others and be resilient too.
Benefits and Salary
The salary for this role is estimated at around £25,000 per annum based on a 37-hour working week.
