We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hospitality Support Specialist to join our team in Glasgow. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling front-of-house duties, and supporting the smooth operation of our office.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced office environment, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and experience in a supportive team. You will be part of a service team, working closely with other staff members to provide excellent customer service and support to the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general despatch duties, including making deliveries and collections.
  • Open, sort and distribute all post, including internal mail.
  • Collect post at set times throughout the day.
  • Undertake messenger duties.
  • Copy and scan documents as needed.
  • Provide general switchboard and reception services.
  • Book and coordinate meeting rooms.
  • Conduct general archivist duties, including managing files, wills, power of attorney, and titles, and liaising with Iron Mountain.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience working in an office environment, preferably within a law firm, as part of a service team. Proficiency in PC skills, accessing PC-based information, intranet, internet, and external contractor databases is also essential.

Salary and Benefits
