Randstad C&P are seeking a seasoned Senior Site Manager to oversee a high-profile £15 million refurbishment project in Oxford. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a complex project, managing a site in a bustling urban environment, and being given the autonomy to run a scheme as a number one.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of site management, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Maintain the highest standards of health and safety, ensuring compliance with all regulations and company policies.
  • Work closely with the project team to develop and maintain construction programmes, managing project timelines and resources.
  • Ensure all work meets the required standards and specifications, conducting regular inspections and managing snagging processes.
  • Lead and manage subcontractors and trades on site, ensuring efficient workflow and coordination between teams.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and local authorities to ensure smooth communication and project progression.
  • Proactively identify potential risks and develop solutions to keep the project on track.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale refurbishment projects, ideally in busy urban environments.
  • SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid at Work.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and teams.
  • Ability to foresee and resolve on-site challenges quickly and efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client management and team collaboration.
