Classroom Learning Support Assistant

About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and organized individual to join our team as a Classroom Supervisor. As a key member of our academic support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of classrooms during teacher absences. Your duties will include supervising students, delivering lesson plans, and maintaining a positive learning environment.
Your Responsibilities:
• Supervise students in the absence of regular teachers
• Deliver lesson plans effectively and to a high standard
• Maintain order and encourage positive student behavior
• Assist students with questions or challenges as they arise
• Liaise with teaching staff regarding lesson objectives and student progress
Requirements:
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Ability to engage students and maintain a productive learning environment
• Previous experience in a classroom setting (preferred but not essential)
• Adaptability and the ability to work in different schools and environments
