About the PositionWe're seeking a First Line Manager to join our Customer Services Centres team. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading a team of colleagues who are dedicated to providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide regular performance feedback to team members
- Mentor team members to help them improve their performance
You'll need to have some experience of people management, including providing coaching and mentoring to team members. You'll also need to be able to work well under pressure and make decisions quickly when needed.
