What does the role involve?

This exciting new opportunity involves working as part of our Customer Service team, where you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will work closely with our colleagues to achieve our Delivered Exactly promise, providing timely and efficient solutions to our customers' needs.

Key responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email and other communication channels
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives
  • Contribute to the development of processes and procedures to improve customer satisfaction
