Job Summary:

Randstad Staffing is seeking a skilled Site Manager to oversee water infrastructure projects within the Southern Water framework. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic team at the forefront of water infrastructure development.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage on-site operations for water infrastructure projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
  2. Lead site teams, including subcontractors and trades, to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  3. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
  4. Oversee day-to-day site activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress monitoring.
  5. Manage site documentation, including permits, risk assessments, and progress reports.
  6. Resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain project momentum.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally within the water or construction industry.
  2. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, health and safety regulations, and industry best practices.
  3. Strong communication skills, capable of liaising with various stakeholders to ensure project success.
  4. Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
