Randstad Staffing is seeking a skilled Site Manager to oversee projects within the water sector. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing on-site operations, leading site teams, and coordinating with project managers and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage on-site operations: Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in water infrastructure projects within the Southern Water region.
- Lead site teams: Supervise subcontractors and trades to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders: Ensure project milestones are met and progress is monitored.
- Oversee day-to-day site activities: Schedule, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure project success.
- Manage site documentation: Ensure permits, risk assessments, and progress reports are up-to-date and accurate.
- Resolve on-site issues: Minimize disruptions and maintain project momentum by resolving issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience: Site Manager experience, ideally within the water or construction industry.
- Industry knowledge: In-depth knowledge of construction processes, health and safety regulations, and industry best practices.
