As a Site Operative, you will play a vital role in the safe and efficient day-to-day operation of the site, ensuring that waste is segregated and recycled to the highest standards.
About the Role
- Assist in the safe and efficient operation of the site, including the segregation of waste and interface with the general public.
- Provide operative services to support the site operations, including picking and segregation of waste, cleaning of yard areas, and advising and assisting centre users to maximise segregation and recycling.
- Work as part of a team to achieve site objectives and contribute to a positive and productive working environment.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to assist members of the public and other site users.
- Ability to work as part of a team and work to own initiative.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
