About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a new build development of over 140 units in the South East. The successful candidate will have a strong background in residential development and experience working on large timber frame build projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of construction professionals to deliver a high-quality development on time and within budget
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Manage relationships with clients, architects, and other stakeholders
  • Monitor and control project costs and resources
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager in a residential development environment
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • CSCS, First Aid, and SMSTS certifications
