Job Title: Principal/Senior Civil Engineer - Infrastructure

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal/Senior Civil Engineer to join our London office and enhance our services in infrastructure design.

Job Summary:

As a key member of our civils team, you will be involved in all project stages from inception to completion. You will work closely with discipline leaders and Directors to support and develop junior team members, ensuring the highest standards of design within project constraints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Infrastructure, highways, and drainage design
  • Scheme development, preliminary and detailed designs, and project management
  • Liaising with clients, architects, contractors, and regulatory authorities to deliver detailed designs for Section 38, Section 104, and other statutory authority approvals
Requirements:
  • A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • Chartered status with the ICE is preferred or a desire to achieve chartered status
  • Proven track record across multiple sectors delivering projects of varying values
  • Detailed working knowledge of Site 3D or Civils 3D, WINDES, and AutoCAD
  • Experience in drainage design, highway alignment design, materials specification, ground conditions, earthworks, and gaining Consents and planning approvals (S278, S38, S104, etc.)
