  • Project Management: Manage development projects, including creation and maintenance of project plans, scheduling regular client catch-ups, and delivery of all project deliverables.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Create monthly reporting commentary for clients and review marketing reports before sending to clients.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to prioritize client work and ensure work is delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Business Development: Support the Client Services Director in developing client accounts, demonstrating commercial awareness, promoting services, and identifying growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a digital agency, preferably with both web and marketing clients.
  • Skills: Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
