About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, engaging with prospects, and qualifying leads. This will involve conducting outbound calls, emails, and social outreach to generate interest in our training programs and services.

We are looking for two forward-thinking, tenacious, and professional sales people to join our Apprenticeship Sales Team. The ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate excellent use of digital marketing strategies, coming up with creative outreach content and video messaging for use across all social media platforms.

The main objectives of the role will be:

  • Conduct market research and identify potential clients within our target verticals
  • Utilise our sales tech stack to create and execute effective outreach campaigns
  • Prospect for employers and generate qualified leads
  • Shadow experienced sales executives to learn best practices and develop your skills
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings with potential clients
  • Build strong relationships with prospects and foster long-term partnerships
  • Update and maintain accurate sales data in our CRM system
  • Achieve monthly targets for qualified opportunities
