The organization is an established, specialist provider for digital and technical training and apprenticeships. They believe that being specialists sets their training apart from the rest; focusing purely on tech training and pride themselves on the quality and success of our instructor-led programmes. They are a government (ESFA) approved apprenticeship training provider.

This is a full-time on-site Sales Development Representative role located in the Midlands. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, engaging with prospects, and qualifying leads. Your day-to-day tasks will involve conducting outbound calls, emails, and social outreach to generate interest in our training programs and services.

Following a very successful period of recent expansion, we are now looking for two forward-thinking, tenacious, and professional sales people to join the Apprenticeship Sales Team. The ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate excellent use of digital marketing strategies, coming up with creative outreach content and video messaging for use across all social media platforms. The content will aim to drive engagement through digital channels to create new leads and opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Utilize our sales tech stack to create and execute effective outreach campaigns
  • Shadow experienced sales executives to learn best practices and develop your skills
  • Update and maintain accurate sales data in our CRM system
  • Knowledge of sales tools and CRM systems
  • Enthusiasm for building relationships and driving business growth

  • Strong sales acumen and ability to work in a target-driven environment
