Compassionate Caregiver RN

We are looking for an experienced RN to fill the role of Compassionate Caregiver RN at Seasoned Recruitment.
As a Compassionate Caregiver RN, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care to hospice patients in their homes, developing and implementing individualized care plans, managing patient medications and treatments, monitoring patient symptoms and reporting changes to the physician, educating patients and families about hospice care, and providing emotional support to patients and families.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional patient care
- Develop and implement tailored care plans
- Manage patient medications and treatments
- Monitor patient symptoms and communicate with the physician
- Educate patients and families about hospice care
- Provide emotional support to patients and families
Requirements:
- RN license
- Minimum 2 years' experience in hospice or palliative care
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of hospice care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary: Estimated salary is $100,000 - $120,000 per annum.
