Commercial Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Field Sales Representative to join our team at JJ Food Service. This role requires a resilient and self-motivated individual with prior experience in new business development, preferably in the Food Service sector. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial insight and negotiation skills, as well as excellent communication and relationship building abilities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for winning commercial new business through active prospecting and managing a pipeline of prospect opportunities. They will also use effective techniques for winning contracts, such as communicating the unique selling points of JJ Food Service Ltd and understanding client specific requirements.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in new business development in the Food Service sector or national accounts position.
- Strong commercial insight and key profit levers knowledge.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- Good understanding of JJ Food Service Ltd, its business and the high-end restaurants sector in Bristol.
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Work towards tight deadlines.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, regulations and legislation.

JJ Food Service offers a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
