Job Description

Austin Fraser is seeking a skilled HR Administrator to support our team in Dudley. As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and providing administrative support to the HR department.

Responsibilities
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration: Assist with payroll administration, including handling payroll-related queries and maintaining accurate records.
  • HR Systems Management: Update HR systems accurately with new starters, leavers, and other personnel changes.
  • Confidentiality and Data Security: Maintain confidentiality and security of employee and company data at all times.
Requirements
  • Previous experience within a HR team is advantageous but not essential.
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
