Administrative Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Professional to join our team at Russells Hall Hospital. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, administrative support, and reception duties in a fast-paced environment.
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to contribute to the Undergraduate Centre's success. If you possess excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team, we encourage you to apply.
The ideal candidate will be educated to GCSE level (Grade C/Level 4 or above) or equivalent, with experience working in a busy reception or office environment. A strong IT background, particularly with Microsoft Office and Teams, is essential for this role.
Main Responsibilities- Provide front-line customer service in person, by phone, or via email.
- Refer telephone callers to the right team members and direct visitors to the appropriate areas/staff.
- Offer administration support for medical educational programs to ensure the smooth operation of the Undergraduate Centre.
- GCSEs (Grade C/Level 4 or above) or equivalent, including English Language and Maths.
- NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration or equivalent.
This role offers a competitive salary, reflecting the challenges and responsibilities associated with this position. We estimate the salary to be around £23,615 per annum, pro rata for a 25-hour week.
