### Job Title: Food & Beverage Operative

### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food & Beverage Operative to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton Bristol North. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

### Key Responsibilities

* Provide warm and welcoming service to guests in a polite and friendly manner
* Ensure that all customer requests and queries are responded to promptly and effectively
* Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other team members to deliver a smooth and memorable experience
* Maintain a visible presence within your working area and be proactive in addressing any issues that may arise
* Develop a good insight knowledge of the hotel and its products to provide informed recommendations to guests
