Compassionate Care Assistant

The Job:
As a Care Assistant at Harrier Lodge care home, you will be responsible for providing person-centred care to our residents. This will involve supporting them with their daily needs, including personal care and mealtimes, while promoting independence and dignity.
You will work closely with our team to identify and implement personalised care plans, ensuring each resident receives the highest quality of care. Your compassion, empathy, and communication skills will make a significant difference in our residents' lives.
