The Peninsula London is seeking a skilled Guest Relations Executive to deliver exceptional guest experiences and ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the Front Office team to ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes.
  • Provide personalized support to guests, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct regular guest feedback sessions to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Supervise and coach Guest Experience Executives to maintain high standards of service delivery.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Front Office Operations within a luxury international property.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Fluent English communication proficiency, with expertise in a second language desirable.
