BMet Youth Worker (Enrichment & Student Voice) Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Youth Worker (Enrichment & Student Voice) at Matthew Boulton College. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and delivering an extra-curricular enrichment program that promotes student engagement, employability, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement enrichment activities, societies, and events that cater to diverse student interests and needs.
  • Collaborate with students and staff to develop and deliver programs that enhance student employability and leadership skills.
  • Provide guidance and support to students on health, equality, diversity, and safety awareness.
  • Work closely with the college community to promote a culture of inclusivity and respect.
