BMet Youth Worker (Enrichment & Student Voice) Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Youth Worker (Enrichment & Student Voice) at Matthew Boulton College.

The primary purpose of this role is to develop, manage, and deliver an extra-curricular enrichment program that promotes student engagement, employability, and leadership skills. This will involve working closely with students and staff to design and implement activities, societies, and events that cater to diverse interests and needs.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and delivering enrichment programs that align with BMet's goals and values
  • Collaborating with students and staff to identify and address student needs and interests
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with local community groups and organizations to enhance student opportunities
  • Monitoring and evaluating program effectiveness and making recommendations for improvement
