Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at a state-of-the-art care home in Belfast, County Antrim. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to our residents and supporting our staff in providing a safe and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and support to residents
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and preferences of each resident
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff members, promoting a culture of learning and development
- Current active NMC Pin and registration as a Registered Nurse
- Proven experience in a care home or similar setting, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
- Competitive hourly rate of £18.74, with the potential for annual salary up to £42,877.12
