Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Registered Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality, patient-centered care. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high standards of nursing care in accordance with individual care plans.
- Administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and perform clinical assessments.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Support and supervise healthcare assistants and junior staff.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Promote a safe and positive environment, adhering to all healthcare regulations and standards.
- Participate in care planning, reviews, and clinical audits to enhance care delivery.
We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) with a current NMC registration and experience in a healthcare setting. Newly qualified nurses are also welcome to apply. You will need strong clinical skills, excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, as well as a compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
