We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in Belfast. As a key member of our care home team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to our residents and supporting our staff in providing a safe and supportive environment.

As a Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of residents, each with their own unique needs and requirements. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering individualized care plans, as well as leading and supporting a team of care staff.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care
  • Producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and resident records
  • Overseeing all aspects of medicine management
  • Supporting and guiding team members to ensure high-quality care
