We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at a good primary school in Ashford. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the classroom teacher and helping to create an engaging and supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one support and small group instruction to pupils
- Assist with classroom activities and maintain a positive classroom atmosphere
- Support the development of all children and promote their well-being
Requirements:
- Right to work in the UK
- Availability for full-time work - Monday to Friday 8.30-3.30pm
- Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young learners
