We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced nurse to join our oncology division, working with patients in their homes, care planning, and managing a caseload of patients receiving chemotherapy and other treatments.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a caseload of patients receiving chemotherapy and other treatments
- Conduct home visits to assess patients' needs and provide care planning
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor patients' progress and report any concerns to healthcare professionals
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Registered Nurse - Oncology with a valid NMC PIN
- Formal Oncology qualification or in-house Oncology training to administer SACT
- Experience in oncology nursing, preferably in a homecare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
